Our website hosting and communication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to deliver and secure their services.
How we use your information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule appointments, perform and coordinate work, communicate project updates, maintain business records, and protect our services. If you opt into SMS, we use your phone number to send messages about your inquiry, estimates, appointments, scheduling, and projects.
If you separately opt into email marketing, we use your email address to send seasonal promotions, special offers, and service updates. Email marketing is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. We record your selection, the date, source, and consent wording in our private customer records. Customers who opt in are added to our email campaign subscriber list; previous unsubscribe preferences remain in effect. Submitting an inquiry alone does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
How information is shared
We share information as needed with service providers that help operate our website, email, messaging, and business services, and with project professionals when necessary to complete your requested work. Our estimate form sends your request directly to our private customer management system when you select “Send my estimate request.” We store your contact information, project details, and separate communication preferences so we can respond and manage your request. Calling, emailing, or providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to SMS messages. External links and services have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and information security
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information by contacting us. We retain information as needed for customer service, project records, and applicable obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.
Policy updates
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and effective date on this page.
