SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS through a web form or another medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from Fitzgerald Construction LLC (Fitzcon). Messages include customer service conversations, responses to inquiries, estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling information, and project updates.

• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to a message. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation of your request; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

This website describes our services and provides ways to contact us. Submitting an inquiry does not create a construction contract, confirm an appointment, or authorize work. Project pricing, scope, scheduling, payment, and warranties are set out in the applicable written estimate or project agreement.
